All products are subject to Copyright so let’s specify the terms & conditions so you can be sure that you’ll use them in a correct and legal way. If you still have doubts about the usage of the resources and need clarifications, don’t be afraid to write me. Please respect licenses and my content.

Premium products are these which are not with Name Your Own Price tag.
By downloading any resources from payhip.com/ZaxXxFX, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement.
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:
- You may not redistribute any templates found on payhip.com/ZaxXxFX – If you want to do so you need my written permission
- You may not claim any template as your own
- You may not sell any (original or modified) templates / graphics on stock-graphic sites
- You may not use any files (original or modified) parts of the templates for a stock or resource website or to make other redistributable design resources.
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- You may use any templates in personal and commercial works, being sure they aren’t in conflict with the above listed forbidden usages.
- You may link back to the original post to allow people to download the freebies from this site

PERSONAL LICENSE
WHAT IS PERSONAL USE?
Personal Use is defined as using purchased Items in a manner that has no potential monetary gain. Personal Use projects cannot be related to any business, non-profit, or other organization of any kind. All purchased Items may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use Projects.
EXAMPLES OF PERSONAL USE
- Include using a graphic to create t-shirts for a family reunion
- Using a template to create a to create a private concert or friends party.
- Using a texture or pattern in a piece of wall art that you create for your house (no money changes hands), etc
- Use a mockup just to show to a single client the result of an artwork
COMMERCIAL LICENSE
WHAT IS COMMERCIAL USE?
Definition of Commercial Work is to be any work done that is not for Personal Use. Synonymous terms include Contracted Work and Client Work. All the purchased product licenses are intended for a single end user.
EXAMPLES OF COMMERCIAL USE
- An use that involves an exchange of money
- An use that promotes a business, product, or service
- Where the Licensee’s intended use of the Licensed Asset is financial gain, directly or indirectly
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
For the most part, there is no limit to the number of impressions for your End Product. However, when purchased Items are used in TV, films, streaming video, on demand broadcasts, and/or online videos, exceptions apply. For these mediums anything that exceeds the 50,000 monthly views, or exceeds the 5,000 end products for sale you need to purchase the Extended Commercial License.

WHAT IS AN END PRODUCT?
An End Product is the final artwork / project / product / video you will create from the asset(s) you purchased from the ZaxXx FX Shop.
WHAT IS A LICENSED ASSET?
A Licensed Asset is a product you purchased from ZaxXx FX Shop.
STRICKLY FORBIDDEN FOR ALL LICENSES & FREEBIE PRODUCTS
- Resell or sub-license the Licensed Asset ‘as is’
- Resell any modification of the asset on its own
- Share the licensed Asset in any way that will allow others to download, extract, or redistribute it
- Use the Licensed Asset in fraudulent, pornographic, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material
- Claim false ownership / authorship of the Licensed Asset
- Activate YouTube’s Content ID system on my content

You may NOT copy and post content from payhip.com/ZaxXxFX on any other site. However, you can post a small excerpt and a link back to the original post.
